HP Victus CPU (AMD 7 8845hs is at constant 100 degrees while gaming on Ultimate Power Plan, is that normal?

As said, it's just at constant 100 degrees while gaming on the power plan. I put it to High, or balanced, or low and it instantly drops to 50-80 degrees.

Is that harmful?
