Stopping

I stopped pumping about a week ago maybe even longer and im wondering is it supposed to start hurting? Also my boobs leak a bunch all of sudden too. I weaned myself off of pumping for about 3 weeks, was i supposed to go longer? I felt good so I decided to just stop. I was also weaning myself off domperidone at the same time but now it feels like my boobs fill and leak more than they ever have when I was pumping since I didnt have a crazy supply before. What should I do? Should I pump to help with the pain or should I just leave it be?
