Are ER vaccine charges regulated at all?

Employer/COBRA Insurance

Last month I had to go to the ER because I accidentally cut my leg with a box cutter (lost puddles of blood). I have employer-based insurance through United Healthcare. The hospital is in-network. I'm in Louisiana. Just got the bill and the total is over $1300, whatever, but my biggest issue is that they charged $425 for a tdap vaccine. (Btw, the vaccine administration charge was $128, separate and NOT included in the $425). I know that even without insurance the max a tdap vaccine would cost is $120 so is this allowable?
