Can Chase stop me from using an inside the branch ATM?

I collect currency and sort thru bills for fancy serial numbers such as say low numbers 00000056, binary 01001100, palindromes 77700777. Normally I'll withdraw $1's or $5's but a decent amount $1200-1500 worth and recently they seem to be watching things closer.

From my understanding lower denomination bills enter the ATM from individual deposits (so small businesses or people depositing tips). A friend at one branch told me they only fill the $20s, $50s and $100s, which I'm guessing is par for the course at other locations.

Anyway, at two branch locations I frequent I've been asked to use the teller window but those bills typically aren't great - never really seem to have any good finds. Just wondering what the repercussions of completely ignoring the ask to not use the ATM would be, if any? I mean I'm a customer just like anyone else and from my perspective its not causing any problems. The only problem I could see is others waiting to use the ATM while some clown is camped out doing 8 transactions at once. However, if someone is waiting on me and the other two are being used I'll do a single transaction and walk away because I don't want prying eyes watching what I'm doing. Plus could understand that being a nuisance. Any insight would be appreciated.
