My ex and his best friend stalk my socials, and his friend dmed me??

Im gonna try and make this the short version, but I broke things off with my first bf a few months ago. (Hopefully this is the right subreddit for this story lol.) It was a clean break on my end, I handled things with a calm conversation then unfollowed everywhere shortly after. Haven't checked his socials since.

On the other hand, my ex and his bsf were my first viewers on everything for quite awhile. His best friend keeps liking my stories particularly ones where I put selfies. The bsf even tried reaching out to me in my dms a few weeks ago. To add a bit of context to this friend; he is deeply involved in my exs life (particularly love life with girls) and has had a history of inserting himself in situations.

I felt no need to answer, as that chapter of my life is long closed. And his friend in particular has a gf, so l find it odd hes even trying to message me because of that. Also obviously because I was the one to cut ties with his friend (my ex). It seems i was finally unfollowed after he got no response from me. Yet, they both still view everything. I felt/feel no need to block as I don't post alot, and when I do its nothing personal.

Though maybe I should just to fully not even think about that chapter. Is this orbiting or something? I just find it rather odd, considering they would need to search me up to view my stories and that. Should i block just to move on with my life?
