First time play build advice

This is my first playthrough of oblivion. In Skyrim I always played the melee spam with heavy armor but I want to try something different in oblivion. I like using destruction magic but I also like using swords. Spell sword seemed like a good archetype but will that also let me be a bit of stealthy assassin ? I’m looking to do a build that lets me be a stealthy assassin but I can also fall back on sword combat/magic if necessary. Thanks in advance for any tips!
