Will an accumulated $4,500 amount in savings — paid by Social Security Disability monthly income disqualify me from applying for and rectifying for supportive housing, snap, medicaid, fair fares in nyc.

Advice/Question

Will an accumulated savings of $4,500 paid by my Social Security Disability monthly income disqualify me from applying or recertify for any of the following (1.) snap benefits (2.) medcaid benefits (3.) fair fares (4.) and supportive housing in nyc. If $4,500 makes me ineligible to apply or qualify for these continued benefits what is the highest amount im allowed to save up and still qualify for the above mentioned benefits. Thank you for your help in advance. I saw online that a $4,500 asset limit is for someone with a disability. But cannot be sure. I get paid $1621 by the social security administration for disability. Thank you. Please help me or else i dont know what to do.
