Is it weird to be a virgin at my Age?

Hello!! 17F here, i genuinely gotta ask, okay so i live in a place that has sex allowed at the age of 15 and up, and im seventeen, soon going on eighteen, and i never even kissed someone or held someone's hand or was in a relationship, mainly due to people never being interested romantically in me due to my body and etc, so im with 0 experience, but everyone around me has a shit ton of experience and stories, don't get me wrong i do explore my own body and all that but lately ive been craving a relationship or a sexual encounter, but yet i feel like too much of a pussy to even actually make any of it happen since i barely know how these things really work and i suppose im just really curious since for a few months now ive been learning more about my possible kinks n all, those mainly include the fantasies of being dominated and rough stuff, and mainly my attraction to older men, but i feel too embarrassed to possibly indulge in any of these ideas, so i just wanna ask if i should honestly go for it and act a bit more my age, or it's just something i should wait for and don't push it too much, and wait for a possible relationship instead of doing plans of a possible one night thing to calm those needs down.
