Measurement check- currently wear 40DDD, calculator says 40J/K

Here are my measurements! My bras is quite uncomfortable and my breasts are always overflowing and giving me a quad boob

I’m also struggling to figure out if I’m shallow or projected, any help is appreciated!

Under bust:

Loose- 42.5 Comfortably snug- 41 Super tight- 38.5

Bust:

Standing- 50 Leaning- 51.5 Lying down- 51.5
