Concept: Anti-Meta Status Effects

The last major anti-meta Status Effect was Lucci's Clawed Status Effect, which disabled Hold buttons.

Since then, they have introduced more mechanics and I think there's potential for two move anti-meta Status Effects.

• A status effect that disabled Combo Skills.
• A status effect that disables Power Gauges.
