What to wear swimming before top surgery (indoor pool)?

This post is essentially what the title says. I don’t have top surgery and I want to go swimming regularly for my fitness. This will be lane swimming in a leisure centre. If you went swimming before top surgery, what did you wear in the pool?

I’m also pre-t, but I really don’t want to wear regular women’s swimwear because it makes me feel awful so please don’t pose that as an option. I know I couldn’t get away with it being pre-t, but I don’t want to. Thanks.
