Order was cancelled and they said “too bad so sad”

Okay I think I’m late to this info but it was SO ANNOYING so figured I’d share if anyone else doesn’t know 😅 today I placed an order for pick up and used my $15 off coupon. The store then canceled my order and I went to chat with customer service to get a new coupon to use, and they told me they couldn’t refund the coupon! Rather, they were trying to refund my next order, but couldn’t do it for in-store orders only online which at this point I didn’t want I wanted to go to the store and just pick up the item. We went back and forth for about 30 mins about this. Ultimately I had no idea Ulta coupons are nonrefundable even when they cancel your order. Honestly, this doesn’t make me very inclined to shop with them in the future… I do want to say going in to the store the employees were so wonderful and helpful getting everything straightened out, so shout out to them!
