Technically, not a relapse right?

Have been clean since 28th Sept and I made a post yesterday to continue the streak for November at least. I had a nightfall last night, so it's not a relapse, but it still feels very disappointing especially because ik why it happened. I put on ASMR last night to sleep and ik that's what triggered it. Will try to avoid it from now on. In this 34 days, I have had 3 nigtfalls - all after the 21 days mark. The first two had a gap of one day and this third one occured almost one and a half week later. Hoping this stops soon.
