In 2003, Agnes Digital had only raced once in the Dirt JpnIII and finished fourth. Many considered him to be past his prime after competing for many years

Dantsu Flame was the same and trainer Kenji Yamauchi put him on a very tight, if not hellish, racing schedule. There was still debate as to why such a decision had to be made in the horse’s final year of racing. When times flow, respect for that trainer gradually turned into criticism

But in any case, Dantsu Flame won a G3 and the commentator even said: “THIS IS THE REVIVAL OF DANTSU FLAME”

Two “old” horses face each other in the upcoming Yasuda Kinen, who will win? One of them or a new young face?

BREAKING THE RECORD! IS THIS REALLY A HORSE PAST HIS PRIME?
Winning in two environments
Winning in two countries
Winning in two stages of life, (young and old)
It can only be Agnes Digital
DENIED ALL COMMON SENSE!!!
Congratulations!!!

2003 was both Digital and Dantsu Flame's final year

Digital was voted to race the Arima Kinen and finished “her” career on a high note with 5 G1 wins and 1 jpn1. Although he died by euthanasia after an accident, this horse had a happy retirement and gradually became respected by everyone

Dantsu Flame raced Takarazuka Kinen, got injured and had to be retired. But instead of being completely retired like Digitan, his owner decided to cancel retirement and let him race on the Dirt track because he was not considered a high-value breeding horse before. In the end, Dantsu Flame got pneumonia and passed away

How opposite the fates of both... One ended after having a peaceful life, the other ended while still in the clutches of cruelty
…
Just living happily and healthily is already a Pretty Derby
