All fans running at high speed but not detected in BIOS

Build Help

I just built a pc. Everything appeared to be working but noticed one of my gpu fans wasn't spinning because the power cable was blocking it. When I went to adjust it I think I bumped a fan header near the bottom of the board. Something clicked and all my fans instantly started spinning faster. I got an error code when booting, for my CPU fan. I tried the troubleshooting recommendations but this didn't fix the error so I set the CPU fan settings to ignore. That let me boot the computer but the fans all seem to be stuck at one speed and are not showing up in the bios. Configuring the fans doesn't seem to change anything. Am I cooked? Any chance me bumping something could've somehow made all the fan headers malfunction?
