Autumn Tea Leaves!

Where do I find these things? I felt like I checked everywhere!

Didn’t need them until now into Year 2 since I have tea tins trending! And have no idea where to look. I have found regular tea bags in Miguel’s shop. That’s as much as I know. Any help would be appreciated!
