Any good sources for .epub3s?

Right now, the only way that I how to acquire .epub3s (non-proprietary whispersync files), is to source the .m4b/.mp3 audiobooks and .epub files seperately, and then align them yourself.

Are there any trackers/databases or other sources, which already have full .epub3s? Thanks!
