Looking for a vanilla 18+ Java server in NA

Looking for a vanilla server without griefing, and some sort of Court system. It is also important that server has world resets at least once in a few years, and no restriction on NSFW content, as i'm planning to build my gameplay around creating various maparts. Have big experience of playing on SMPs, had to leave my previous server due to moving, and as a result, high ping.
