Help with headaches?

Im trying to quit but ~40 hours in i got a really bad splitting headache. I know from past experience with quitting once that it gets better from here but how do I deal with these horrible headaches? I still have to function like normal and get my shit done while im quitting but I have no idea how to deal with these.
