I need help plox

As the title states. Im a happy costumer untill now. I transfer 150€ on cardmarket. Never had issues. Now suddenly i cant buy anything? And also not withdrawel my money? I this a new exit scam or something? Already having to pay 10€ on fees alone only so i cant buy anything? Its the same paypal that i use over and over. And i cant even withdraw it. Please help
