Should i just k!!l myself?

I get hit by my siblings and i don’t know what to do.The last time i got beat by my sibling I couldn’t walk They hit me with a metal broom instead of taking me to the doctors My parent just took me shopping.If i report it my younger siblings could be in a bad situation.I think their that way because they used to get abused.What should i do?
