Andrew's future.

As an Aussie, who doesn't know the British law, rules, regulations etc, my question is........

Now that Andrew Mountbatten Windsor is essentially a "commoner", no longer a Prince and all the other titles, can he be arrested, questioned, interviewed by British law enforcement or any other country's law enforcement???

Does he lose the "protection" of being a member of the Royal Family and is he NOW obligated to assist in any regards to law enforcement???
