24M trying to get better at talking to ladies

I’ve always been that quiet guy who freezes up when it comes to talking to girls. Not because I don’t want to, but because I overthink everything. I’ve missed a lot of chances just because I was too nervous to say a simple hi.

I’m trying to change that. I want to get better at opening up, at holding real conversations without feeling like I’m messing it up. Maybe someone out there could help me get past that.
