Derminator 9 pins

Can I use the terminator nine pins all over my face? Is there a difference in results between the nine and the 12 pin or is it just that the nine pin takes longer? I want to use the device on my face but also be able to go in my hairline a bit because I have plastic surgery scars. I know the nine pin is good for going in the hair and if I can just buy one needle type and use it all over my face that seems to make the most sense for me since I don’t plan on reusing any needles. I don’t mind if the treatment takes longer
