Dell xps laptop, 4 white 2 orange, wont start.

I understand this means a memory error, but if im not mistaken the RAM on an xps lap top is not removeable, is there any other trouble shooting methods i can use. Its currently stuck on the boot logo and wont move, ive tried to drain the residual battery as well.
