SR swap troubleshooting no start

I’m in the process of finishing my S13 SR20det swap into my 97 240sx that was originally an auto. I’m using an engine and trans harness from wiring specialties, their OEM series configured for Z32 MAF. The ECU I’m using is a known good flashed 62 ECU.

After installing everything it won’t crank and a couple of things aren’t working either like: windshield wipers, turn signals, and power windows. I’m also not getting any signal from the ignition to the starter. If anyone has had similar experiences Id love to hear about it.
