Do Recurring Transfers of Earnings ever enter margin?

I've set up a recurring transfer from my brokerage account (margin enabled) to my cash management account for all dividends & distributions.

If I spend / invest dividends prior to the end-of-month transfer, will the transfer utilize margin to transfer the full amount, will the transfer be cancelled, or will margin be used?

For example:

Brokerage receives $1000 of dividends

Most dividends invested into stocks manually (so $10 available without margin impact)

End of month transfer transfers $(what is this number) to cash management

I read that recurring investments don't enter margin, but I'm not seeing the recurring transfer behavior listed anywhere on the website.
