Can't buy Robux

I can't buy robux and they STILL have not fixed this stupid issue after years. I have enough money on my account, I'm on PC. I even tried to go the gift card route and they still declined my card (which might I add, HAS more than enough.)

I genuinely do not know what to do, maybe it's the universe telling me not to put money into this stupid company. But I want that Monsterverse gamepass.
