California burrito

Now before anyone gets mad about California and stuff just know I’m not from California but I was stationed in Arizona, when there I used to get this burrito from the local Mexican food truck and it was called a California burrito it was a big ass burrito with all the fixings and carne asada but what really set it apart was the cheesy fries inside, been trying to find one here in Knoxville since I’ve been back but can’t find anyone that has it, if anyone knows a place with somthing like that lemme know
