Aircrew jobs with minimal prereqs or additional certs?

Career Question

My dreams of becoming a pilot have been crushed and I'm wondering about alternative jobs that I could pursue where I would be spending time in aircraft. Flight attendant is an obvious one, and I know there are many positions that require additional certifications or significant work experience, like SAR/EMS, utility, camera operator, etc. What are some jobs that I should look into that allow me to ride in aircraft (fixed or rotary but I prefer rotary)? I'm imagining something like a hoist or other equipment operator maybe, but everything I can find requires additional certification. Crew chief seems awesome but I have no idea if there are any civilian crew chief jobs that meet the above criteria. Military is, I think, out of the question because of the same health issues that are preventing me from being a pilot (anxiety + depression and autoimmune eye condition, both treated). Any help is appreciated. I'm just trying to combine my passion with my career. Thank you.
