Information about Broadview apartments on North Campus

Hi!!! I’m a student at Michigan who’s been looking for housing for next year, and I’ve been having a tough time finding any place thats affordable. As Ann Arbor rent is very expensive especially on central campus. So I tried looking at north campus, and saw the broadview apartments rent isn’t too high and is doable for me and my roommate. However I can’t find too much information on it and a lot of the reviews on google are old. If anyone has lived in this complex please let me know how your experience was and if you’d recommend it.
