Huracules run help

I am thinking of starting a Heracules run and generally looking for some tips. I am going to make making him a dark urge barbarian, mostly to represent his rage issues and the insanity Hera inflicted on him. I am going to get the Everburn Blade since he used a sword for the Hydra and his nephew lit the head stumps on fire. I’m going to use that for the fight against the nether brain, but the main weapon is going to be the club of Hill giant strength. Any tips for amor he could use, feats and which companions he would travel with. I am also torn between having him romance Shadowheart or Karlach, but if we’re honest, he would do it with everybody in camp.
