One monitor stopped working after pc crashed.

Hi,

Long story short, so I was playing cs2 today when my pc suddenly crashed and then I turned the power supply off to restart my pc. After that my secondary monitor started working again, but my main monitor doesn’t work and isn’t detected either. ChatGPT suggested that it might be GPU issue and said my GPU would be done, because when I checked MSI Afterburner it shows my gpu voltage is 0 but still functions. I tried switching the monitor cables but nothing really worked out. I also did DDU and installed fresh drivers and everything. So my question is if I need to replace my GPU or is there any way to fix it?

And the GPU I am talking about is RTX 2080ti
