Why are names so hard??

Im currently working on the first campaign ill be dming and naming all the cities, kingdoms, guilds, important npcs etc is driving me nuts.

Im not even trying to have names with special meanings or something but I want them to kinda sound good together but also not be too similar to be hard to distinguish

If anyone has some good tips or just wants to share how they do it, it’ll be greatly appreciated
