What's the difference?

I want to buy a Steam Deck (used - a New one is too expensive for me). I've been seeing a lot of Steam Decks with LCD 64Gb and 512Gb (I plan to buy one with 512Gb).

My questions is: Is there any difference between the Steam Deck 512Gb LCD and the Steam Deck 512Gb OLED? - I know that the screens are different, but despite that, are they the same or is the Steam Deck 512Gb LCD the same as a Steam Deck 216Gb LCD?
