Should I buy the Apollo city for $1,099?

I need a commuter scooter. My Segway gt3 got hit by a car unfortunately. It was a great scooter, but I don’t have $2000 lying around to buy a new one. The Apollo city is pretty close in specs and has a discount at the moment.
