Just need to vent and if you want to tell me what I should do next tell me

So a lot may have seen my post about losing weight for my sisters wedding and then her husband hitting on me, but she said she was ok until about an hour ish ago maybe not even. So she was on my side then she came over. She started screaming at me for "seducing her husband" who tried to seduce me. It has been hard for my sister after her miscarriage so I didn't tell her then I did today. At first she was like okay he shouldn't have done that so she made him leave. Then as I said an hour or not even an hour she came over and started screaming accusing me of this. I grabbed her shoulders and tried to calm her down and she swung at me. I got pissed off so I told her I knew what happened I was there and she was sleeping. Then my boyfriend walked in and calmed my sister down. Then I hugged her and thanked him. Because how can someone's opinion change so fast. One minute your on my side then the next you are agreeing with a liar. So what I did is I decided to make a troll account on snap and I added him. I am waiting for him to add me back. Aitah or can someone just give advice or words of wisdom to me?
