More Ziip stuff about the new app programs

I always find good info on Melanie Simon's IG live/videos, which are saved to her page. This is where I learned about the variations you can do with the programs like the lift (past videos and this one) and lots of cool info if you are into the Ziip. She has info in other settings like interviews (Penn Smith has some good ones on YouTube with Melanie) and I feel like I get way more out of the device since learning more.

This link is focused on the Lymphatic Drainage program and has a way more detailed plan than the app, and how to use it on the chest and back of the neck etc. It also shows some tips for the Lift program which is now called 4 minute facial and is the one programmed into the device without needing the app. Gives info about acne, how long to wait post filler (10 days) and more. All of her videos on IG are helpful to learn more, hopefully if you have an interest in the ziip you will learn fun stuff!
