IRIS OUT MV: Makima hands a grenade pin to Denji
Was watching the IRIS OUT music video and noticed this at around (~2:10). Makima walks up to Denji, hands him what I assume is Reze's pin, and then runs away. Then he blows up, and he wakes up on a train, implying it was a dream.
My take on this: It's foreshadowing for the eventual reveal that Makima is so much more powerful than Reze (that she could pull her pin, walk away unscathed, and hand it back to Denji.)

This also hints at her sadistic side that comes up in the rest of part 1, when she kills Power right in front of Denji, and turns Aki into the gun fiend to fight Denji.
We also know that Pochita communicates with Denji through dreams while he's acting as Denji's heart, since he can't talk to Denji directly like before they fused together. Although Pochita never warns Denji about Makima (otherwise Part 1 would have played out very differently), this scene from the MV might be MAPPA playing around with the idea that that Pochita actually did recognize Makima and tried to warn Denji, but Denji just didn't get the message. After all he ended up opening the door anyway despite Pochita repeatedly telling him not to. Anyway loved the movie, and can't wait for international assassins arc to get animated!
