Have I talked to a shapeshifter...

Hi there, I think I might have interacted with a shapeshifter/skinwalker/witch of some sort a few years ago.

Basically, I was having a normal conversation online with a person and their eyes suddenly changed colour for a few seconds and then went back to normal. I found that strange, but what's stranger is that over the next few days, I felt as if I had brain fog.

Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what do you think of it?

I tried to forget it happened because it freaked me out. But I still want answers. And asking that person is out of the question. If they really are a witch or another type of creature, they might be dangerous.

Do let me know if you have any ideas about what type of creature I might have interacted with.
