CASPer Results still awaiting

I took the test on the 2nd week of September 2025. I paid for my McGill application this week and until now it says that they are still waiting for my Casper results? Acuity said to email the school because it has been sent a long time. My information on McGill and Acuity are the same. Is anyone else experiencing this? Which McGill email did you use to send evidence?
