Can not create channel " This name can't be used for your YouTube channel. Try again with a different name. "

Hey :)

I have a google account, logged into it on YouTube. Now I want to create a channel but get the following error:
```
This name can't be used for your YouTube channel. Try again with a different name.
```

It does not matter if I try using the name I actually want or the name YouTube suggests. I looked up this issue, but it seems like this is usually an Android issue, having to do with the app not being fully updated. I am on a PC, using the website.

What could I try?
