Should I get a 5060 ti 16gb or a 9060 xt 16gb?

Hi, I currently have a 2080 super, and I need a bit more vram for my case on software development. I will get my new GPU later this month as well I start my new warehouse job on the 7th of november for 20 dollars and hour :)

I have a 40inch 1440p dell monitor, 165mhz and 64gb ddr4 and i5 14500 z690 asrock pro 4.0 1000w evga PSU gold, I do software development and game on the side. I dont want to go overboard for I will only get 30 to 39 hours a week at work, so I wont be able to put down a full stack on a Card comfortably but maybe around 400 bucks or 500 bucks what would be my best option, I do like silent hill 2 remake and cyberpunk and i also play some bf2042 maxed out as well, my 2080super probably gets around 60fps more or less without ray tracing in 1440p on cyberpunk, I dont care about ray tracing, take into consideration I do UNITY engine as well not unreal for game design once in a great while blender as well.
