Incontinence, Voiding Dysfunction, Urinary Frequency

I had just made this account. Wondering how i should go about filing this claim.

I went in service in 2011. Around 2012 i started wetting the bed. I started to wear depends and store brand ones before I realized how bad these were. I began to try and order different diapers to over the years to see what worked for me. As time went on there were many times I would end up wearing to work due to having difficulty holding. I started needing to wear of long cars rides as well when I would drive home to see family.

As of about 2 years ago, I started to need to wear diapers around the clock, in fear of not making it.

I have never visited a doctor about this but have receipts from over the years from the different brands. Im wondering how I should go about this. I am embarrassed to bring it up. Its been something I've hid for awhile now but I feel the cost, both monetarily and mentally is taking a bit of a toll.
