I’m rewatching New York from the beginning. Luann gives Bethany crap for introducing her to a “driver” as Luann because it’s a “sign of respect” for her to be Mrs De Lesepps. But then on the stock exchange she introduced her then husband as “Alex” to a child. She 100% thought the driver was below her and that’s why she should have been “Mrs” and Luann.
