Dreams felt so real and scary

My dreams started off as funny about my family. Then all of a sudden, it felt like some ghosts passed through my whole body and I got goosebumps all over my body.

The house I'm at is my uncle's and there have been numerous occasions where neighbors told them they were seeing some "lady" in the room where I was sleeping next to was.

This was my first experience ever, did it mean anything?
