My aunt still makes food for my 26 year old cousin

I get really mad that my aunt can never spend time with us bec she has to go back home to make my cousin food. I ask her why can't he make food for himself and she says he won't. One time she even drove 30 mins to go to a special restaurant to get him a sandwich.

Even though he's not diagnosed, we're all sure he has something. But is this normal?? I mean my cousin is smart, he has a degree, he gave chess classes. He doesn't want to move out of the house, find a job and has never had a girlfriend and real life friend.
