any advice for me?

i have to start playing agian, but I'm so fsr behind i don't know where to start, i got the full power jiren and god toppo dlc along with the superhero dlc, and still have to get the new story dlcs and stuff, but I've just been unmotivated to play for some reason, any advice or any ideas why? maybe I'm just burned out
