Need help my ranked teammates are so bad

So I'm in platinum and I tried to get higher in my rank but I went down to gold 1 none of my teammates are good anymore and in one game I made several amazing saves as keeper but one mistake and all I hear is "what is this goalkeeping?" I genuinely got mad because no one gave me any praise for the other saves but one mistake is all it takes for a goalkeeper to feel ashamed and in ranked one of my teammates would always go into goalkeeper and save it just to kick the ball into our own net
