MK3.5 or MK3.9, my dilemma...
So black friday at Prusa is in full swing, though, unlike last year, there are no discounts on any upgrade kits, outside of the free shipping. I currently have a trusty MK3S+ that works well, but is just really slow. I was going to go for the mk3.5 at $270 USD, as it really is the smartest choice value wise.
The only things really pushing me toward the $540 mk3.9 is, when accounting for me buying a Revo for my hypothetical 3.5, as V6 nozzle changes are very annoying. the price of my 3.5 technical goes to $360, making the 3.9 "only" $180 more than the 3.5 + Revo. So looking at it this way, ill be paying for no faffing about with the z-offset, the Nextruder, a CHT high flow nozzle and slightly faster print speeds than the 3.5. Honestly that doesn't sound like that bad of a deal for an extra double hungoes to me.
So, to anyone who has the 3.5 or 3.9, what do you feel about them? Ill also say before anyone says it, I don't feel like selling my Prusa, and would rather just upgrade it, not to mention I think its fun making old thing into new thing :)
Also, if anyone from Prusa is reading this, please add some discounts to the upgrade kits, that would make this little crab very happy :P
